A settlement agreement has been reached and filed with the Hampden Superior Court in a class action lawsuit alleging that Olympia Beacon Square, LLC, the owner of Beacon Square apartments in Chicopee, Massachusetts, violated tenants' rights by charging them for electricity used for common area lighting. The Court has schedule a hearing for January 9, 2024, to determine whether to give preliminary approval to the settlement. The tenants are represented by Kenneth D.
