On June 21, 2016, the Suffolk Superior Court granted class certification in the case of Grant v. State Road Auto Sales, Inc., (Civil No. 14-3292). This lawsuit alleges that State Road Auto Sales employed a standard auto leasing contract which violated the Consumer Leasing Act and Massachusetts law in multiple respects.
