On October 23, 2023, the Worcester Housing Court granted final approval to a class action settlement reached between current and former tenants of the apartment complex in Westborough known as Arrive Westborough, previously known as Fountainhead Apartments. Payments to be made to tenants under the settlement are expected to go out in mid/late January, 2024. The tenant class was represented by Kenneth D. Quat, Charles G. Devine, Jr., and Lei Zhao Reilley.
