A class action lawsuit has been filed in New York on behalf of a consumer of Back to Nature Stoneground Wheat Crackers. The case alleges that the product label is unlawful because it represents that the product's primary flour is whole wheat flour, which is untrue. The consumer seeks to recover overpayments made to purchase the product and to compel the manufacturer to change the labeling so it is no longer deceives consumers. Attorney Quat is co-counseling this lawsuit with Reese LLP.
