In 2017, National Collegiate Student Loan Trust. (NCSLT) sued a client of Quat Law Offices seeking to recover in excess of $60,000 on an alleged student loan debt. Attorney Kenneth D. Quat defeated NCSLT's motion for summary judgment, following which NCSLT agreed to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice.
