Court Approves Zwicker Settlement

The United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, has preliminarily approved the class action settlement in the case of Feuerstein v. Zwicker & Associates, et al (No. 04-11593-WGY). If final approval is granted, class members will receive refunds of attorney's fees and collection costs paid to the Zwicker firm.
