Class Action Filed Against N.H. Lottery
Quat Law Offices, in conjunction with Attorney Christopher Grant of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is representing a Massachusetts resident in a class action suit brought against the New Hampshire Lottery Commission and certain state and lottery officials. The suit - filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire - alleges that the Lottery's restriction of its "replay" program to New Hampshire residents violates the constitutional rights of non-residents. The plaintiff is asking that the Court order the Lottery to end this restriction and to pay damages to class members.
